Shipping policy

Shipping for all items to the UK mainland is FREE OF CHARGE.

If you need delivery on a specific day, please specify on your order and we will do our best.

Tracking will always be provided via a text message or email. If you are having a problem with your delivery, please call us on 01403 700794 and we will do our best to track down your order and get it to you as soon as possible.

All goods are checked before they leave our premises and leave in perfect condition. Please open and check your delivery the day you receive it and notify us by email or phone of any missing items or damage to the contents immediately.

Delays in reporting missing or damaged items may result in charges for replacement items. Thank you.
